What happens when my code runs out?

The app warns you for the last seven days, and we email you before it ends. After it ends the copilot keeps working for another week — that is the window for anyone who paid and then spent a week with no signal. After that it stops drawing the card on offers. Nothing you logged is ever deleted, and your target and your cost stay as you set them.

Will it charge me again on its own?

No. That is the whole point of selling it this way. We keep no card on file and there is no subscription to cancel — when the code ends, you decide again.

I bought a year and want to stop. Do I lose the rest?

No. Write to us and we send back the part you have not used. It is your money and you did not use the months.

Can I put it on two phones?

Yes — two at a time on the same code. If you change phone and run out of room, write to us and we free one up.

Is it one product or two?

One. A TrueEarn licence always includes both: the Copilot on your Android phone and the Books for your accounts. You can use just one of them if you like. They keep their own records and do not pass data to each other.
